Feasibility and concept
We look at what is possible on your site and sketch the options before anything is committed — including the ones you had not considered.
Design and planning
We work the chosen option up into architectural drawings and submit the planning application, handling the authority throughout.
Building regulations
CAD drawings, structural design and calculations, and the Building Regulation submission and approvals.
Tender and procurement
Construction drawings, schedules, specifications and contracts, then a tender shortlist agreed with you and tender packs issued.
On site
We attend on a watching brief to ensure compliance with the specification and to manage change, right through to completion.
Only architects on the ARB register may use the title in the UK.
